• eat when you are hungry, rely on your instincts to
know what and how much to eat
• when you go out of healthy life-style, remember you
can get back on that way whenever you want

PHILOSOPHY •
I love to eat! PAZŁOTKOWO cuisine is full of flavors,
aromas, colors and music and good humor. By choice I do not eat meat, sugar and
processed foods. I feel perfectly eating plants, vegetables, fruits, herbs,
groats, rice, dried fruit, nuts and honey. From time to time I eat good quality
dairy products. Where I see the water I eat unprocessed, fresh fish, seafood
and sushi.
Every day and every country is different, so I try to
diversify my meals, depending on where I am. I do not take supplements, just I
eat what my body needs. Listen to your
body and yourself.
